About the RoleWe are looking for a BIM Specialist with strong Revit experience and knowledge of Autodesk Forma. You will support projects from early concept design through to detailed design and documentation, building BIM models and helping teams make better design decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed BIM models and construction documentation in Autodesk Revit (architectural, structural, or MEP, depending on the project)Use Autodesk Forma for early-stage site planning, massing studies, and environmental analysis (sun, daylight, wind, noise)Compare design options and present findings to the design team and clientsTransfer concept designs from Forma into Revit and develop them furtherCreate and manage Revit families, templates, and project standardsProduce plans, sections, schedules, and quantity take-offs from the modelCoordinate with other disciplines and resolve clashes (Navisworks or similar)Follow the BIM Execution Plan and keep model quality and data consistentSupport the team with BIM workflows, best practices, and trainingRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field[2-3] years of hands-on experience with Revit in real projectsWorking knowledge of Autodesk Forma (or Spacemaker), or strong experience in conceptual design and massing studiesUnderstanding of BIM standards, workflows, and model coordinationAbility to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawingsGood communication skills and attention to detailFluent English (written and spoken)Preferred QualificationsExperience with Dynamo or pyRevit for automationExperience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or Autodesk Construction CloudKnowledge of IFC and other BIM exchange formatsInterest in sustainability and environmental analysisRevit API experience (C#/.NET) is a plus
