We are looking for a BIM Engineer with hands-on experience in Trimble's construction software suite to join our team. You will create and manage 3D models, produce construction documentation, and coordinate project data across teams using Trimble Connect.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed 3D structural models using Tekla StructuresDevelop conceptual and design models in Trimble SketchUpProduce shop drawings, general arrangement drawings, and material lists from the modelsManage project collaboration, file sharing, model reviews, and issue tracking through Trimble ConnectCoordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve clashes and design conflictsEnsure models follow project standards, BIM execution plans, and quality requirementsUpdate models and drawings based on design changes and client feedbackMaintain accurate documentation and version control of project filesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field2-3 years of practical experience in BIM modeling or detailingHands-on experience with Tekla Structures, SketchUp, and Trimble ConnectUnderstanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, and clash detectionAbility to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawingsGood attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlinesFluent English (written and spoken)Preferred QualificationsExperience with steel or concrete detailingKnowledge of IFC and other BIM exchange formatsFamiliarity with other tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or NavisworksExperience with the Tekla Open API or SketchUp extensions (a plus, not a requirement)
