Job Summary:We are seeking a passionate and talented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of pharmaceutical manufacturing projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Capacity Planning, QA, QC, R&D, and Supply Chain) to drive operational alignment and project success. Analyze operational and project performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and business outcomes. Prepare and maintain project documentation (including CAPEX/OPEX, schedules, budgets, and progress reports) while contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and governance.
