Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, with strong experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, PMO, or Owner-Side Project Follow-up, preferably within factory, construction, fit-out, or large-scale projects.Strong ability to understand technical project information and drawings at a management level, coordinate with technical specialists, and follow up execution without performing engineering design.Excellent skills in planning, milestone tracking, reporting, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management.Strong proficiency in Excel and Project Management tools such as MS Project or equivalent.PMP certification is highly preferred.MBA or postgraduate qualification in Project Management/Business is preferred.Strong English communication and professional reporting skills.

Job SummaryAct as the Owner’s central coordination and project management point, following the factory project from construction through final operation and handover.The role is focused on coordination, follow-up, project control, reporting, and management visibility — not engineering design or technical executionKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all project activities between the Owner, Consultant, Contractors, Architects, Turnkey Provider, Suppliers, and other stakeholders.Maintain full visibility of the project Master Plan, milestones, critical activities, dependencies, and target completion dates.Gather and validate progress updates from all parties and track actual progress vs. planned progress.Identify and report delays, risks, bottlenecks, pending decisions, and off-track milestones, ensuring timely escalation and follow-up.Maintain clear Milestone, Action, Risk, Delay, and Decision Trackers, with responsible parties and deadlines.Follow up all project stages from civil, architectural and electromechanical works through testing, commissioning, startup, and final operation without performing technical engineering responsibilities.Coordinate the administration building, architectural works, finishing, furniture, equipment, and operational readiness.Follow up turnkey providers, contractors, consultants, architects, suppliers, and service providers against agreed scope and timelines.Track project budget status, commitments, variations, proposals, and expected costs, and highlight deviations to Management.Collect, organize, and compare quotations and proposals, coordinate technical/commercial feedback from relevant specialists, and present clear comparisons and recommendations to Management.Follow up procurement requirements and critical materials/equipment against the project schedule.Conduct and coordinate regular project progress meetings, issue Minutes of Meeting, and follow up all actions until closure.Provide daily updates, weekly progress reports, and monthly management reports covering progress, milestones, delays, budget status, risks, priorities, and recommendations.Maintain complete and updated project documentation, approvals, reports, contracts, decisions, and correspondence.Keep Top Management continuously updated with an accurate A-to-Z view of project status and matters requiring decisions or escalation.Follow the project through testing, commissioning, snag closure, final handover, and operational readiness.
