These principles guide all operations and are considered the foundation of the company's commitment to hospitality excellence.Role Description The Butler is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharm El Sheikh, responsible for delivering highly personalized and discreet guest service. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming guests, escorting them to their rooms, assisting with check-in and check-out, and managing special requests and preferences throughout their stay. The Butler coordinates in-room services such as dining, housekeeping, and amenities, ensuring that all details are arranged to the highest standard. The role involves anticipating guest needs, handling reservations and activity bookings, and liaising with other departments to provide seamless service.
