The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, setting up, and serving shisha to the highest standard, ensuring consistency in flavor, coal management, and presentation that reflects our commitment to authentic Lebanese hospitality. This role requires strong technical shisha-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a shisha maker/preparer in a restaurant, lounge, hotel, or hospitality group.Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B training is a plus.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of tobacco/flavor types, coal management, heat control, and shisha assembly and maintenance.Guest Service: Ability to recommend flavors and combinations based on guest preference and proactively monitor and refresh shisha throughout service.Consistency & Quality: Ability to maintain consistent smoke quality, flavor, and presentation across all orders.Safety & Hygiene: Good knowledge of safe handling of coal and equipment, and adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards.Stock Management: Ability to monitor flavor and equipment stock levels and report supply needs in a timely manner.Language Skills: Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred.Soft Skills: Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work evening/night shifts.
