The better you do, the more you earn.What You'll DoPrepare, pack, and set up shisha pipes to a consistent, high standardRecommend and prepare flavors based on customer preferenceManage coal heating and rotation for consistent smoke quality throughout serviceCheck shisha pipes at tables regularly and refill or replace as neededClean, sanitize, and maintain shisha equipment (hoses, bowls, hookahs) between usesTrack charcoal, tobacco (moassel) and equipment stock, and report shortagesFollow strict safety procedures when handling hot coals and flammable materialsFollow hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety procedures at all timesCoordinate closely with waiters and management on orders and table timingSupport and guide other staff assisting with shisha service, where requiredMaintain professional, friendly interaction with customers on flavor selectionAssist with opening/closing procedures for the shisha stationHandle all equipment carefully and report any damage or malfunctionFollow Company uniform and grooming standardsWho We're Looking ForGenuinely experienced in shisha preparation and service — please do not apply without hands-on experienceKnowledgeable about flavor blends and combinationsMeticulous, safety-conscious, and hygiene-focusedComfortable working near open coals and heat for extended periodsFriendly, polite, presentable, and customer-focusedReliable, honest, hardworking, and a strong team playerAble to work under pressure during busy shiftsFluent in EnglishRequirementsMust hold your own valid UAE visa (we are not sponsoring)Previous experience as a Shisha Master / hookah specialist requiredPhysically able to stand, walk, and work close to heat sources for extended periodsWhat We OfferSalary: AED 2,000–2,500/monthMonthly bonuses for excellent service, strong sales, and repeat customersAccommodation providedStart date: September 2026 (new café opening)Shift: 12 hours (including breaks)� Location: Ajman� To Apply: Click “Apply Now” and upload your CV — shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly.
