The better you do, the more you earn.What You'll DoPrepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other hot beverages to a consistent, high standardPrepare specialty manual-brew coffee using methods such as V60, Chemex, and other pour-over techniquesAdjust grind size, water temperature, and brew ratios correctly for each brewing methodOperate and maintain the espresso machine and grinders correctly, including dialing in grind and extractionFollow recipes and portion standards for every drinkTexture and pour milk to a professional standard, including latte art where applicableRecommend drinks and upsell based on customer preference, including guiding customers through specialty brew optionsTake and enter beverage orders accurately into the POS systemClean, sanitize, and maintain all coffee equipment throughout the shiftTrack coffee beans, milk, syrups, and related stock, and report shortagesAssist with opening/closing procedures for the coffee stationFollow hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety procedures at all timesCoordinate closely with waiters, kitchen, and management on orders and timingSupport cashier duties when trained and requestedMaintain professional, friendly interaction with customersHandle all equipment carefully and report any damage or malfunctionFollow Company uniform and grooming standardsWho We're Looking ForGenuinely experienced as a specialist coffee barista — please do not apply without hands-on experienceStrong knowledge of espresso preparation, extraction, and milk texturingHands-on experience with manual brewing methods (V60, Chemex, pour-over, or similar) requiredUnderstands how grind size, water temperature, and ratios affect flavor across different brew methodsMeticulous, consistent, and hygiene-focusedFriendly, polite, presentable, and customer-focusedReliable, honest, hardworking, and a strong team playerAble to work under pressure during busy shiftsFluent in Arabic and EnglishRequirementsMust hold your own valid UAE visa (we are not sponsoring)Previous specialist barista experience required, including manual/specialty brewing (V60 or similar)Physically able to stand and work at the coffee station for extended periodsWhat We OfferSalary: AED 2,000–2,500/monthMonthly bonuses for excellent service, strong sales, and repeat customersAccommodation providedStart date: September 2026 (new café opening)Shift: 12 hours (including breaks)� Location: Ajman� To Apply: Click “Apply Now” and upload your CV — shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly.
