Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering preferred. 4+ years of BIM/Revit coordination experience. Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit. Strong practical experience with Navisworks Manage. Strong understanding of construction drawings and building systems. Experience with GCC projects is highly preferred. Knowledge of ISO 19650 is an advantage. Strong English communication skills. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Dimensions Consultancy is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our Cairo back-office team supporting multidisciplinary engineering projects in GCC Region. Location: Nasr City, Cairo Projects: GCC Area Employment: Full-Time Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM About the RoleWe are looking for a BIM professional who can coordinate Architecture, Structural and MEP disciplines and ensure that project models are properly integrated, coordinated and clash-free. Responsibilities Coordinate Architecture, Structure and MEP BIM models. Develop, review and maintain coordinated Revit models. Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage. Identify, document and follow up on clashes between disciplines. Coordinate solutions with Architecture, Structural and MEP teams. Review models and drawings for accuracy, coordination and constructability. Prepare clash reports and coordination reports. Track clash resolution and ensure issues are properly closed. Participate in online coordination meetings with the Main office team. Coordinate model revisions and ensure all teams are working with the latest information. Support BIM deliverables and project documentation. Work according to project BIM standards, workflows and LOD requirements.
