Requirements
Bachelor of Architecture Engineering.Minimum of 8 years of experience in preparing Architectural working drawing and shop drawing package.Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD.Proven expertise in managing large-scale architectural projects using BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.Strong understanding of architectural standards, building codes, construction processes, preparing tender and BOQ.Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex project deliverables.Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with Structure and MEP engineers.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Experience in conducting model audits, clash detections, and quality assurance reviews.Familiarity with sustainable design practices and integration within BIM workflows.

We are looking for a Senior Architecture 8 to 12 years working experience in consultant firm, Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD, leading a team of Architects for preparing and updating working drawing package, coordinating with structure and MEP disciplines. The Senior BIM Architect will be responsible for developing Building Modeling, (BIM) solutions and managing submittals. Worked and gained experience in Architectural consulting firms.Leading a team of Architects for preparing and updating working drawing package, coordinating with structure and MEP disciplines across all architectural project phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company protocols.Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior elements.Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency.Oversee the implementation of BIM execution plans and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.Conduct regular model audits, clash detections, and quality checks to identify and resolve design conflicts.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and BIM specialists within the team.
