Requirements
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, management, or economics from a reputable university and a minimum of 6 years of related experience in corporate finance/financial analysis. Advanced corporate finance and investment analysis experience, with a good understanding of IFRS accounting for a real estate developer being preferable. Excellent Excel modeling and PowerPoint drafting skills, strong analytical skills, and good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
