A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized school or international school environment is preferred. Experience working with DSIB, OFSTED, or similar inspection authorities is also preferred, as is experience in an international school setting. Key professional competencies include being an outstanding classroom practitioner, strong knowledge of current educational research, and awareness of UAE educational practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage deadlines are essential.
