Requirements
Requires 10+ years in property management, real estate, or facilities operations in the UAE or GCC, with at least 3 years at Director/GM level. Must have proven P&L ownership and experience scaling an operating business. Familiarity with tenancy law, municipal processes, and experience in Sharjah/northern emirates is advantageous. MRICS, CPM, or CFM certifications are a plus, as is fluency in Arabic or another second language.

You will take over a documented, running operation with full P&L accountability and grow it into Sharjah's most professionally run property services firm.
