We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations – Property Listing Platform to lead the launch, operations, growth, and commercial performance of a new property listing platform in the UAE.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in operations, business development, sales strategy, team leadership, and the UAE real estate market, with the ability to build and scale a high-performing platform.Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end platform operations, growth, and profitability.• Develop and execute business, sales, and revenue strategies.• Drive growth in property listings, leads, transactions, and platform adoption.• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, developers, brokers, and other industry partners.• Lead and manage sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives.• Drive customer, advertiser, and partner acquisition.• Establish KPIs, operational processes, and performance standards.• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and revenue streams.• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour.• Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve the platform and customer experience.• Take overall ownership of the platform's operational and commercial performance.Preferred Candidate Profile• Proven experience in operations, business development, sales, or general management.• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate and property listing ecosystem.• Experience managing and scaling teams and business operations.• Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.• Results-driven with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability.• Experience with digital marketplaces, classified platforms, PropTech, or property portals will be an advantage.Employment Type: Full-timeLocation: Sharjah, UAE – On-site+971 56 524 8587E-mail: [HIDDEN TEXT]
