Description
        Develop and implement integrated pest management (IPM) programs across all operational and development assets.        Manage pest control contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with approved service standards, contractual obligations, and performance requirements.        Establish inspection schedules, treatment plans, and preventive control programs to minimize pest-related risks.        Conduct periodic site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify infestation sources and recommend corrective actions.        Monitor the effectiveness of pest control treatments and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.        Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and municipality regulations related to pest control activities.        Investigate recurring infestations, identify root causes, and implement long-term corrective and preventive measures.        Review and approve pest control reports, treatment records, chemical usage logs, and contractor performance evaluations.        Monitor budgets related to pest control operations and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization.        Support audits, inspections, certifications, and authority requirements related to public health and environmental compliance.In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct manager
