About the Client:

Job Description:
? Manage and supervise the complete MEP execution of multi-storey residential/apartment projects (G+4 and above), covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting and associated building services from installation through testing, commissioning and handover.
? Coordinate all MEP activities with architectural, structural and civil works, review shop/coordinated drawings and resolve clashes, technical issues and site constraints before and during execution.
? Monitor MEP subcontractors, manpower, materials, quality and progress, ensuring installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, project programme and applicable authority requirements.
? Manage inspections, RFIs, material/shop drawing submissions, testing & commissioning, snagging/de-snagging, authority approvals and final handover, ensuring MEP works are completed on time and to required quality standards.

? Mandatory experience in multi-storey residential/apartment building projects of G+4 and above, preferably having completed at least two project through testing, commissioning and handover.
? Must have strong practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage and firefighting systems, including coordination with civil, structural and architectural works.
? Must come from a building construction/main contractor, residential developer or MEP contractor environment.
