Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 3-6 years of relevant experience in Quality Control of Electrical systems, preferably in the construction industry. Must have strong experience in electrical inspection, testing, installation, and commissioning, with solid knowledge of ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs, quality records, and inspection procedures. Familiarity with international codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, IEC) and strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Join our worldwide journey.What you will need to do:Review project technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs to identify applicable quality criteria, engineering requirements, and testing requirements related to Electrical and Instrumentation works.Assist in the preparation and review of quality documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and inspection procedures.Monitor all phases and processes related to Electrical and Instrumentation works, including procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.Ensure the proper implementation of approved Method Statements and ITPs and maintain all required quality records.Manage and coordinate inspection and testing activities for Electrical and Instrumentation works.Monitor the close-out of punch lists and ensure that measuring and testing instruments are properly calibrated.Coordinate with third-party testing and inspection agencies as required.Identify and follow up on non-conformances, raise NCRs when required, and monitor corrective actions through close-out.Attend and witness Client inspections and testing activities and coordinate the close-out of outstanding quality issues.Support quality audits of subcontractors and suppliers and assist in the preparation of final quality documentation and system commissioning.What you will need to have:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.3–6 years of relevant experience in Quality Control of Electrical systems, preferably within the construction industry.Strong experience in electrical inspection, testing, installation, and commissioning activities.Solid knowledge of ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs, quality records, and inspectionprocedures.Thorough knowledge of applicable international codes and standards, including NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and IEC.Good understanding of Electrical and Instrumentation works and relevant testing requirements.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Very good command of English.You are someone who:Has strong attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset.Demonstrates good analytical and problem-solving skills.Is able to identify quality issues and proactively follow through on corrective actions.Can effectively coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and Client representatives.Is organized and capable of maintaining accurate quality documentation and records.Is a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Is committed to achieving high-quality standards and project requirements.What is in it for you: Competitive salary and benefits are part of the offering, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams, within an international leading EPC Group on a mission that matters.
