Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance, coupled with over 10 years of experience in Internal Controls, Operational Risk, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Internal Audit. A strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, inventory management, and manufacturing operations, along with experience in ERP systems and operational transformation, is essential. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving skills, and fluency in English are required.

A Snapshot of Your Day As Head of Internal Controls – Supply Chain & Manufacturing, you will work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing leaders to enhance operational resilience, process efficiency, and risk management. You will oversee the control environment across source-to-pay, inventory management, and manufacturing processes, helping to identify risks, improve performance, and embed scalable controls into day-to-day operations. Through automation, analytics, and continuous monitoring, you will support the transformation of assurance activities from periodic testing to ongoing business insights. We are building a future-ready Internal Controls organization. We are looking for leaders who move beyond traditional control testing and act as strategic partners in risk mitigation, process excellence, digital transformation, and business performance.
