Proficiency in Treasury, Tax, Record-to-Report, and financial close processes, along with a proven ability to drive automation and process improvements in finance environments, is essential. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills are required. CPA, CA, ACCA, CIA, or similar professional qualifications are preferred.

A Snapshot of Your Day As Head of Internal Controls – Financial Reporting and Integrity, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of Siemens Energy's financial processes and reporting. Working closely with Finance leadership, you will oversee controls across Record-to-Report, Treasury, Tax, and Fixed Assets, ensuring a strong and efficient control framework that supports transparency, compliance, and trust. You will drive the evolution from traditional compliance-focused controls toward a more automated, risk-based, and data-driven assurance environment. We are building a future-ready Internal Controls organization. We are looking for leaders who move beyond traditional control testing and act as strategic partners in risk mitigation, process excellence, digital transformation, and business performance.
