Job Title: Arabic-Speaking Outdoor Sales Executive – Signage & BrandingLocation: Dubai, UAECompany: IDesign Advertising LLCAbout UsIDesign Advertising LLC is a leading signage and branding company based in Dubai, specializing in retail signage, digital signage, LED displays, vehicle branding, wall graphics, and custom branding solutions. We are looking for a motivated Arabic-speaking Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.Visit clients, retail outlets, contractors, consultants, and corporate offices to generate sales.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Conduct site visits and gather project requirements.Prepare quotations in coordination with the estimation team.Follow up on quotations and negotiate to close sales.Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/ERP system.Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE (experience in signage, advertising, fit-out, printing, or construction is preferred).Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Attractive sales commission.Employment visa and medical insurance.Annual leave and air ticket as per UAE Labour Law.Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company.Supportive and professional work environment.How to ApplySend your CV with the subject line: Arabic Outdoor Sales Executive.
