In this role, your will be responsible for planning, promotion, supervision, operations, and administration of swimming lessons and Lifeguards. The individual will work in conjunction with the Security Supervisor to establish and uphold the rules, regulations, and policies of the facility. To ensure all areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet high standards of quality and safetyMain Duties & Responsibilities:Lead, train, and schedule beach attendants, lifeguards, and other staff to ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and adherence to safety protocols.Address guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner, resolving issues to maximize guest satisfaction and positive feedback.Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, regulations, and beach rules, conduct routine safety checks, and collaborate with lifeguards to monitor beach conditions and respond to emergencies.Track and manage inventory for beach supplies and equipment, place orders as necessary, and ensure the availability of essential items for both guests and staff. Work closely with other related service providers to provide seamless beach services.Maintain records of daily operations, incidents, and guest interactions; prepare reports for management as needed.
