In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all kitchen and back-of-house areas within the beach club. This role leads the stewarding team to ensure compliance with food safety standards, efficient dishwashing operations, and proper sanitation practices. Main Duties & Responsibilities:Supervise daily stewarding activities, including dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, and waste management.Ensure all kitchen and back-of-house areas are clean, organized, and operationally ready at all times.Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of stewarding staff during shifts.Enforce strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and storage areas.Ensure proper cleaning of equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.Ensure staff follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols.Oversee proper use and maintenance of dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment.Monitor inventory and usage of cleaning chemicals and supplies.Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure corrective action.Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste in line with environmental guidelines.Support cost control by minimizing breakage, wastage, and chemical overuse.Maintain records of cleaning supplies and usage.Coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth service flow.Support events, high-volume operations, and peak beach club periodsHave what it takes to join our teamThe ideal candidate for this position will display the following attributes:Proven experience as Stewarding Supervisor or strong Steward in a hotel, resort, or beach club environment.Good understanding of hygiene standards, HACCP, and sanitation procedures.Strong leadership and team coordination skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor hospitality environment.Physically fit and able to handle operational demands.About the BenefitsWe offer a competitive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
