Must have a strong understanding of organizational design, competency frameworks, performance management, and succession planning.
Description
Responsibilities:Support organizational design initiatives, including workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and job design activities.Develop and maintain competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning tools.Coordinate and administer the performance management cycle, ensuring alignment with KPIs and organizational objectives.Support change management initiatives by preparing communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement activities.Conduct organizational assessments, employee surveys, and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.Partner with HR and business teams to implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.Coordinate leadership development and high-potential employee programs, including planning, logistics, and evaluation.Prepare and monitor the annual training plan based on competency gaps, performance results, and business requirements.Organize, coordinate, and evaluate Learning & Development (L&D) programs, including technical, leadership, and soft skills training.Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures, communicate policy changes, and support compliance across the organization.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administrationor a related field.2–5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a similar HR role.Strong understanding of organizational design, competency frameworks, performance management, and succession planning.
