We are looking for a qualified Organizational Development senior Specialist to join our People & Culture team.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in developing and updating organizational structures, job descriptions, and job profiles in coordination with department heads.• Support the full performance management cycle, including KPI monitoring, performance reviews, follow-up, and analysis.• Conduct job analysis and contribute to job evaluation and organizational effectiveness initiatives.• Support the implementation of competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning initiatives.• Initiate employee engagement activities, plan its implementation and follow up on related action plans.• Maintain accurate records related to OD databases, documentation, and periodic reports.• Coordinate with different departments to ensure OD practices are implemented on time.Coordinate & support L&D operations process & ensure implementation of L&D plans.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field.• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Organizational Development.• Practical experience in Performance Management, KPIs, Job Analysis, Job Descriptions, and Organizational Structures.• Good knowledge of competency management, career development, and succession planning is preferred.• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.• Very good command of Microsoft Excel.• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.????
