Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design or related roles, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process and outcomes. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent. Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web interfaces. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus. Preferred qualifications: Experience leading design projects and mentoring designers. Proven track record of conducting successful user research and usability testing. Knowledge of accessibility standards and applying them in design. Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 3+ years of experience in senior design roles is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong visual design abilities with a focus on creating empathetic user experiences. A collaborative mindset with a passion for fostering teamwork and creativity.
