Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. Proven experience working as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience in creating responsive designs for various devices. Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and gather feedback effectively. Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Preferred qualifications: Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. Knowledge of accessibility standards in design. A proactive mindset with a passion for enhancing user experiences. 3+ years of experience in UI/UX roles is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail. Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
