Requirements
Responsibilities: · Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. · Coach the Team: Guide team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices. · Remove obstacles: Identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth workflow. · Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage feedback and implement process improvements. · Ensure Transparency: Maintain and update Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts). · Collaborate with Product Owner: Assist in backlog refinement and prioritization. · Monitor Progress: Track team performance and ensure delivery aligns with sprint goals. · Foster a Positive Team Environment: Promote collaboration, accountability, and self-organization. Requirements: · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). · Certifications: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred. · Experience: 2+ years as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment. Strong Hands-on experience of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps). Preferred Skills: · Strong facilitation and communication skills. · Ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus.
