Role Responsibilities:-The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is the IT liaison for each department in an organization. --Understands all business processes and provides technical guidance to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) for IT business strategy requirements. -Reducing business and IT obstacles is a key BRM task. -BRM is responsible for understanding the business, assisting in the prioritization of projects, ensuring that projects align with the technology that provides maximum return on investment, and directing IT strategy in support of the overall business strategy. -BRM Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project prioritization.-Represent the technology teams in executive meetings, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and strategic opportunities.
