Black & Grey HR is recruiting an experienced Project Controls Manager for a leading contracting and construction company. The role will be responsible for project planning, cost control, progress monitoring, risk management, and management reporting across large-scale, high-rise construction projects.Key Responsibilities- Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and control systems.- Establish project baselines and regularly track actual progress against planned targets.- Identify schedule delays, cost variations, risks, and potential project bottlenecks.- Prepare recovery plans and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.- Monitor project costs, cash flow, resource requirements, and overall performance.- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management.- Coordinate closely with project, site, procurement, commercial, and finance teams.- Support management with reliable project data, forecasts, and performance analysis.- Ensure projects are delivered within the approved timeline, budget, and quality requirements.Requirements- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.- Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and controls within the construction industry.- Strong experience with contracting companies and large-scale high-rise projects.- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.- Good understanding of scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and progress reporting.- Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.Benefits- Attractive Salary & Benefits
