This role provides exposure to HR operations within an international business environment while contributing to improving efficiency and employee experience. Key responsibilities 1. HR administration & coordination Maintain and update HR trackers (leave, onboarding, training, allowances - non-sensitive data only) Support in organizing employee documentation (filing, tracking, formatting templates) Assist in preparing standard HR letters and documents (non-confidential) Onboarding & employee experience Support onboarding preparation (welcome packs, coordination of first-day logistics, scheduling sessions) Assist in preparing onboarding materials and presentations Help ensure smooth coordination with internal stakeholders (IT, Admin, etc.) Employee engagement & events Support organization of internal events (e.g., trainings, team activities, D&I initiatives) Assist in creating communication emails, surveys, and invitations Track participation and prepare simple reports or summaries HR processes & projects support Assist in updating process documents and templates Support HR projects (automation, surveys, data organization) Help test and improve tools (e.g., forms, trackers, workflows) Reporting & data support Prepare basic reports and dashboards using Excel Consolidate data from different trackers (non-sensitive information) Support follow-ups with employees on administrative matters External / third party services research and onboarding Search and onboard the following: PRO provider Background check provider Marketing agency (to manage corporate events, on ground activations and employee engagement activities) Employee discount providers (gyms, wellness services, hotels etc.) LinkedIn job posts support & recruitment process Post jobs as per Senior HR Manager request to BxT LinkedIn profile Shortlist candidates for Senior HR Manager's review Coordinate interview scheduling and meeting room booking Policies & procedures Assist in the development and improvement of HR policies & procedures The Senior HR Specialist / HRBP will not be involved in: Employee relations or disciplinary cases Salary, payroll, or compensation details Legal documentation or sensitive HR matters Visa/legal case handling Profile requirements Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing studies in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to handle information with discretion and professionalism Pro-active and innovative mindset Apply Now
