Requirements
Degree in computer science, information systems, telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a similar transferable field.Extensive leadership experience leading ICT operations for a smart city, large real estate development, or another complex infrastructure environment.Proven experience leading service operations, including incident and problem management and service governance.Deep expertise in ICT infrastructure and IoT or OT platforms.Strong understanding of smart city operations models.Experience working effectively with city leadership, developers, contractors, utility providers, and ICT and operations teams.
