EducationBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related disciplineMinimum 15+ years of experience leading the delivery of complex large-scale integrated mixed-use developments complex Demonstrated client-side experience managing multiple projects across diverse asset classes.Proven track record delivering major developments from design through construction, commissioning, and handover.Experience managing large multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.Strong programme management, governance, and project controls experience.Experience working within master developer, giga-project, public sector, or large mixed-use development environments.GCC and international mega-project experience highly desirable.

The Director - Project Management & Delivery will be responsible for leading the successful planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of projects within the Urban Core development program, comprising mixed-use developments, public realm, civic infrastructure, retail, F&B, commercial office, lifestyle, mobility, and destination assets.The delivery lead will provide strategic oversight of project management, delivery integration, programme controls, procurement coordination, construction interfaces, operational readiness, and governance activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved business objectives.The role requires a highly experienced project management and delivery professional capable of translating development vision into executable delivery strategies, managing complex stakeholder environments, and ensuring world-class project outcomes across cost, schedule, quality, risk, and operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Strategy & LeadershipProgramme & Portfolio ManagementProject Controls & GovernanceDesign, Technical & Delivery IntegrationConstruction Management & Delivery OversightCommercial & Contract ManagementStakeholder & Authority ManagementOperational Readiness & HandoverRisk, Quality & ComplianceTeam Leadership & Capability Development
