Experience within the FMCG industry is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Brand Development* Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with brand guidelines.* Design marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, packaging, presentations, and promotional materials.* Create engaging visual content for digital platforms, social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.* Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication channels.Campaign & Marketing Support* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns and product launches.* Design visuals that support business objectives and increase audience engagement.* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.* Support trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns.Packaging & Product Design* Design and develop product packaging and labeling materials.* Ensure compliance with branding standards and regulatory requirements.* Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure design accuracy and print quality.Motion Graphics & Multimedia* Create basic motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns.* Support video production projects with graphic assets and visual elements.* Collaborate with video editors and content creators to deliver engaging multimedia content.Team Collaboration & Project Management* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.* Review and maintain quality standards across all creative deliverables.* Mentor and support junior designers when required.
