Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in Interior Design & Fit-Out projects (mandatory).

  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

  • Strong knowledge of high-end interior finishes, joinery works, and fit-out installation techniques.

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP construction drawings.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and site management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.

  • Arabic speaking is an advantage.

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the interior design and fit-out industry, with the ability to manage daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors, ensure high-quality execution, and maintain strict project timelines.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage daily site activities for interior fit-out projects from commencement to handover.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth operations.Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Monitor site progress, conduct quality inspections, and enforce the highest finishing standards.Identify and resolve technical site issues quickly while maintaining project timelines.Coordinate material deliveries and verify installation quality against approved samples.Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements on-site.Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and attend site progress meetings.Manage project close-out activities, including internal inspections, snagging, and de-snagging works.Commute independently between multiple active fit-out project sites as required.
