Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in *Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field*.

  • *Minimum 4–7 years of UAE experience as a Site Engineer in Interior Fit-Out projects.*

  • *Interior Fit-Out experience is mandatory.*

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of *interior fit-out execution and finishing works*.

  • Good knowledge of partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, painting, and related interior works.

  • Ability to read and interpret *architectural, ID, shop, and MEP drawings*.

  • Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.

  • Strong knowledge of site execution, quality control, and construction practices.

  • Experience in site inspections, material coordination, technical problem-solving, and progress monitoring.

  • Proficiency in *AutoCAD and MS Office*.

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site execution of *interior fit-out and joinery works*.Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.Review and interpret architectural, ID, shop drawings, and MEP coordination drawings.Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.Monitor site progress and ensure activities are completed according to approved project timelines.Supervise fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, painting, and other interior works.Coordinate with the Design and Technical teams regarding drawing discrepancies, site conditions, and technical issues.Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and installation to ensure compliance with approved materials.Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure quality and safety requirements are maintained.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship and compliance with project specifications.Identify delays, technical issues, and site constraints and report them to the Project Manager.Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and maintain project documentation.Coordinate inspections, approvals, snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.Assist in monitoring manpower, subcontractor performance, and material utilization.Ensure proper coordination between civil, architectural, interior design, and MEP works.
