We are seeking an experienced and dedicated nurse manager to join a reputed hospital or healthcare facility in the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations, managing nursing teams, maintaining high standards of patient care, and ensuring efficient clinical and administrative processes.
Key responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and coordinate nursing teams across assigned departments.
Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical quality.
Develop staff schedules, manage staffing requirements, and allocate nursing resources effectively.
Monitor nursing performance and support staff development.
Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development needs.
