Requirements
-     3+ years of programme/project management experience in logistics, fulfilment, manufacturing, or industrial environments.-     Demonstrated experience managing multi-site, cross-geography deployments.-     Strong written communication, ability to write structured narratives, executive summaries, and business documents.-     Proven stakeholder management skills, influencing and driving accountability without direct authority.-     Risk identification, quantification, and escalation experience.-     Strong organisational skills, managing multiple parallel workstreams independently. Preferred (added advantage):-     Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems or industrial automation.-     Familiarity with IT infrastructure deployment (networking, data connectivity, edge computing).-     Experience with energy monitoring / submetering / SCADA / BMS systems.-     Understanding of MHE (Material Handling Equipment) — conveyors, sortation, warehouse automation.-     Experience with IoT platforms or data standardization initiatives.-     PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.-     Prior experience in Amazon programme management cadences and narrative culture. Software / programs / tools:-     Well versed and competent with microsoft office suite (excel, word, docs, ms project, outlook etc) Urgency to prioritize: High Required Years of Experience: 5+ years
Description
On behalf of our leading multinational client, we are looking to hire;Job Title for the new hire: Program Manager – MHE Submetering (Sustainability) Job Description:Program Manager for the MHE Submetering Sustainability Project (Wave 1), a multi-site deployment of theFieldLink/HDE energy monitoring solution across 25 fulfilment centres in UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, and Poland in 2026. The PM will drive end-to-end execution of Wave 1, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (Sustainability, RME, Site AEs, IT, vendors) to deliver on-time site deployments. Responsibilities include maintaining programme trackers, facilitating weekly/bi-weekly cadence calls, following up on site-level progress, writing and submitting programme narratives for source, escalating risks and blockers with clear mitigation plans, and driving any execution support needed across teams. Working hours: EU business hours (CET/GMT), 5 days per week, fully remote. No travel required.  Duration: 4 months (Jul–Oct 2026), extendable up to 2 additional months if needed. Expected deliverables:1.     Weekly programme status report; site-by-site progress, RAG status, key decisions, and blockers.2.     Programme narratives; authored and submitted for source/business reviews as required.3.     Risk & escalation log; maintained and updated; all critical risks surfaced within 48 hours.4.     Stakeholder meeting outputs; structured meeting minutes, action trackers, and follow-ups from all cadence calls.5.     Site deployment tracker; consolidated view of all 25 sites showing deployment milestones, resource readiness, and completion status.6.     Handover documentation; at programme end (or extension point), a complete handover pack for continuity.
