Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Proven experience managing MEP systems and facility operations.Strong experience managing teams, subcontractors, and service providers.Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and BMS systems.Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.Strong knowledge of HSE and safety standards.Experience managing budgets, KPIs, SLAs, and operational costs.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Good command of English.
Description
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of all facility management activities and services.Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and BMS systems.Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize downtime.Supervise and manage facility management teams, technicians, subcontractors, and service providers.Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and compliance with company policies and procedures.Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within the agreed service levels and timelines.Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and technical systems to identify potential issues and required improvements.Manage and follow up on work orders, maintenance requests, breakdowns, and emergency situations.Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth facility operations.Monitor subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and agreed KPIs.Prepare and monitor maintenance schedules, manpower plans, operational reports, and performance reports.Control operational costs and ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.Monitor the facility management budget and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement.Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, safety standards, and applicable laws and regulations.Handle emergency situations and ensure effective response and business continuity.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, assets, inspections, incidents, and equipment history.Identify recurring technical problems and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability.Support the development and implementation of SOPs, maintenance procedures, and facility management standards.Evaluate team members’ performance and provide coaching, guidance, and development plans when required.Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through professional communication, fast response, and effective problem-solving.Provide regular management reports covering operational performance, maintenance activities, manpower, costs, KPIs, and critical issues.Continuously identify opportunities to improve facility performance, service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
