Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that supports student progress. Use effective assessment strategies to monitor, track, and report on student attainment and progress. Contribute to planning, curriculum development, and collaborative year-group work. Support the pastoral needs of students and promote the school’s values and behaviour expectations. Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student achievements and areas for development. Participate in school events, professional development, and wider school initiatives.
