Requirements
6+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design projects, demonstrating both process and outcomes.Expertise in Figma (with proficiency in similar tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD being an advantage).Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.Experience in conducting user research, developing personas, design thinking methodology, and running usability tests.Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that clearly communicate interaction concepts and design intent.Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering teams and ensure accurate design implementation.Experience working with design systems, variables, tokens, style guides, and component libraries that scale consistently across platforms.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design choices and their value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Desired Skills (Nice to Have)Experience designing interfaces for AI-powered or data-driven applications.Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
