Requirements
5–10 years of professional experience in UI design, visual design, or digital product design.Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UI work across web and mobile platforms.Strong expertise in visual design, including typography, color, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, and composition.Solid understanding of interaction design and the ability to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences.Proficiency in Figma and other UI/prototyping tools such as Framer, Adobe XD, or Sketch.Strong experience designing and maintaining design systems, reusable UI components, and visual guidelines.Experience creating responsive designs across web and mobile platforms.Strong understanding of accessibility and UI design best practices.Ability to translate UX requirements, user flows, and concepts into polished, high-fidelity UI designs.Strong attention to detail with a focus on visual consistency and pixel-perfect execution.Experience collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders.Strong communication skills and excellent English proficiency.Experience working with developers to ensure accurate design handoff and implementation.Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS/React is a plus.Experience working in digital products, fintech, or digital agency environments is an advantage.
