Requirements

Demonstrated leadership abilities and previous experience managing engineering teams. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian engineering landscape and local regulations is advantageous. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
