Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects successfully and effectively. Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices, particularly in Saudi Arabian regulations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder relationships. Proficiency with project management software and tools. PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
