Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, with a Master's degree being an advantage. A minimum of 15 years of IT experience and 10 years of ERP implementation/project management experience is required, including a proven track record of delivering at least two full-cycle ERP projects. Hands-on experience with BRD preparation, RFP development, vendor evaluation, and ERP selection is essential. Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Food, or Distribution industries, and knowledge of modern ERP platforms, are highly preferred. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end ERP transformation program, replacing the legacy Oracle ERP with a modern enterprise solution. The role is responsible for business process assessment, BRD and RFP preparation, vendor selection, implementation, data migration, testing, go-live, and project governance.
Key Responsibilities
Assess the existing Oracle ERP environment, integrations, customizations, and business processes.
Conduct workshops and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Develop and manage the ERP Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
Lead vendor evaluation, demonstrations, scoring, and contract discussions.
Manage project scope, budget, timeline, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate business users, implementation partners, and external consultants.
Oversee solution design, data migration, system integration, testing, training, and change management.
Ensure successful go-live, post-implementation support, and benefits realization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Experience
15+ years of IT and enterprise applications experience.
10+ years of ERP implementation/project management experience.
Successfully delivered at least two full-cycle ERP implementation or replacement projects.
Hands-on experience in BRD preparation, RFP development, vendor evaluation, and ERP selection.
Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Food, or Distribution industries is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Oracle EBS migration and modern ERP platforms such as Oracle Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, or IFS.
