Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of software testing experience with at least 4+ years in a Test Manager role. Mandatory experience in the Telecommunications domain. Strong understanding of OSS/BSS Systems, CRM & Billing Platforms, Order Management & Provisioning, Telecom Mediation Systems, Network Inventory & Service Assurance. Experience in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments. Expertise with test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/QC, TestRail) and automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Tosca). Hands-on experience in performance and non-functional testing. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Software Test Manager with strong expertise in the Telecom domain to lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for telecom applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test management, QA strategy, automation, and telecom systems such as OSS/BSS, CRM, Billing, Order Management, Provisioning, and Network Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement test strategies, plans, and methodologies for telecom projects.Lead and manage QA teams, including manual and automation testers.Oversee all testing phases including SIT, System Testing, Regression Testing, UAT, and End-to-End Testing.Ensure testing coverage for telecom applications across OSS/BSS ecosystems.Coordinate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and vendors to ensure quality deliverables.Manage defect lifecycle, risk assessment, and mitigation plans.Drive test automation initiatives and continuous testing practices.Establish and monitor QA metrics, KPIs, and quality benchmarks.Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and quality standards.Prepare status reports and provide quality insights to senior management.Support production releases and post-deployment validation activities.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of software testing experience with at least 4+ years in a Test Manager role.Mandatory experience in the Telecommunications domain.Strong understanding of:OSS/BSS SystemsCRM & Billing PlatformsOrder Management & ProvisioningTelecom Mediation SystemsNetwork Inventory & Service AssuranceExperience in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments.Expertise with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/QC, or TestRail.Strong knowledge of API, Database, and Integration Testing.Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Tosca.Hands-on experience in performance and non-functional testing.Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
