Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manual Test Engineer with 1 year of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications.Key Responsibilities:Understand and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.Create, update, and execute manual test cases based on business requirements.Report and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing.Document test results and provide feedback to the development team.Participate in test planning and review meetings.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.1 year of hands-on experience in manual testing.Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes.Basic understanding of databases and SQL.Experience with bug tracking tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Skills:Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of basic automation concepts is a plus.Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
