OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Medical Representative with a proven track record of success and solid experience working with pharmacies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strategic relationship-building abilities, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical products and their therapeutic applications.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and procurement teams to drive product adoption and sales growth. Communicate product benefits, clinical data, contraindications, and proper usage to pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals in a clear, compliant manner. Identify and prioritize target pharmacies, plan visits, and execute a structured territory plan to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs teams to support launches, educator programs, and promotional campaigns tailored to pharmacies. Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and feedback from pharmacies to inform strategy and improve product positioning. Ensure timely order processing, accurate forecasting, and inventory management in coordination with wholesalers and distributors. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory guidelines, pharmacovigilance processes, and company policies related to medical sales.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is Must.
