Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction projects and/or maintenance works. Strong knowledge of Bills of Quantities (BoQ), project planning, and contract management practices. Proven experience in developing project management methodologies, establishing performance standards, and implementing international best practices. Strong analytical skills for evaluating project schedules, comparing execution methodologies, and identifying technical differences among bidders. Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and coordinate effectively with technical and administrative committees. Knowledge of modern construction technologies and innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and optimize costs. Excellent command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
