Requirements
Requires 8+ years of relevant IT experience and 5+ years of project/program management experience, with a proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale IT projects. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory, with a Master's degree being preferable. Proficiency in project planning, stakeholder and vendor management, risk, issue, and change management, budget and resource management, strong communication and reporting skills, and familiarity with Agile and/or waterfall methodologies are essential.
Description
Responsible for planning, managing, coordinating, and delivering IT projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk parameters.Roles and Responsibilities • Manage IT projects from initiation through completion.• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.• Coordinate project activities across technical and business teams.• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.• Manage project governance, reporting, and documentation.• Coordinate vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers.• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communications.• Manage change requests and project escalations.• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards.• Support testing, implementation, transition, and project closure activities.Skills and Competencies • Project planning and delivery.• Stakeholder and vendor management.• Risk, issue, and change management.• Budget and resource management.• Strong communication and reporting.• Agile and/or waterfall methodologies.• Problem-solving and decision-making.Experience and Qualifications • 8+ years of relevant IT experience.• 5+ years of project/program management experience.• Experience delivering medium to large-scale IT projects.Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Agile certifications, or equivalent relevant certifications.Education • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.• Master's Degree or equivalent depth of knowledge of a technical field.
