This is an individual contributor position responsible for development, implementation, and monitoring compliance of global total rewards and HR policy frameworks across the international network. The role is responsible for designing competitive compensation and benefits programs, providing inputs to reward strategies, delivering market benchmarking, managing annual reward cycles, and ensuring alignment between business objectives, employee value proposition, and financial sustainability. Key accountabilities Provide inputs and recommendation to design, governance, and strategy of the company’s global compensation, benefits, and HR policy frameworks, that support business growth, talent attraction, retention, and workforce productivity across all international locations. Perform market benchmarking activities utilising Mercer WIN, Mercer TRS, transportation surveys, and other relevant market intelligence sources; monitor global trends, inflation, labour market developments, and regulatory changes affecting compensation and benefits programs. Maintain global salary structures, grading frameworks, allowances, and benefits programs in line with the total reward policies. Lead annual salary review, merit increase, promotion, and incentive review processes for assigned markets, develop compensation recommendations and business cases through financial modelling, workforce cost analysis, and scenario planning. Ensure consistent, compliant implementation of compensation and benefits policies across all regions and jurisdictions, in line with internal governance standards and applicable labour legislation. Own assigned reward analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support executive decision-making and strategic workforce planning. Proactively identify areas for development of new analytics reports and dashboards to support informed decision making. Deliver reward-related projects including organisation restructuring, job evaluation, pay equity assessments, executive compensation reviews, policy harmonization and related initiatives in international locations and UAE. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline. Advanced qualification in compensation & benefits, total rewards, CIPD, GRP, or equivalent preferred. 5-7 years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation & benefits, or HR consulting. Extensive experience in international compensation benchmarking, salary structure design, and reward governance, gained within a multinational organization. Strong experience using Mercer WIN, Mercer TRS, and/or other market-pricing tools. Demonstrated experience managing annual compensation review cycles and policy frameworks. Strong financial modelling, analytics, and stakeholder management capabilities.
